As an experienced Design Thinking Coach with a background in International Business, Madini leads our Ironhack Bootcamps as Program Manager. Together with her team she continuously develops the bootcamp locally and globally, to ensure participant satisfaction and quality at all times. She is always up for a philosophical conversation in good company.

Jonas has a MA in Food Technology and experience with working with students and administration in the Danish education sector. He joined the Ironhack Berlin Team to take ownership of the part-time student experience and support the Program Manager. As the Program Associate, Jonas is motivated by satisfied and successful students and is always available to address any concerns or questions about the program.

Hang's brain is wired around coaching, L&D, and creating positive people experiences. Having transitioned from hospitality to Tech Recruiting, as a Career Coach she now enables new Tech talent to position themselves effectively - not just as another dev, analyst or designer - but as a Tech professional contributing to the tech ecosystem. She also is a big fan of free brain food and loves bringing people together through knowledge sharing.

With a BA of International Business and experience in the startup scene as a Talent & Business Developer associate, Kosta joined Ironhack's team to help students get their dream job and succeed. Kosta is committed to preparing all Ironhackers for the job market and partnering with companies to create opportunities for them.

Multi-versed in the design field from photography and multimedia to visual design and UX design, Jerome has worked as a senior designer, teacher and coach for leading agencies, companies and regular university education before joining Ironhack to lead the UX/UI teaching pathway. Passionate about languages and culture he is fully dedicated to initiating and supporting the creative learning process into a world of concrete discovery.

Raafat is a serial tech entrepreneur, Data Scientist and Engineer. He likes everything in tech and in particular Data! He loves working on old, new, small, big, messy and clean data in order to squeeze every possible insight out from it. In his free time, he likes to play basketball, table-tennis, chess and internet surfing. And of course, he loves teaching.
