Lara graduated in Interdisciplinary Studies of Science and Technology. Since 2016 has been part of the Tech and Innovation ecosystem in Salvador da Bahia and now in São Paulo. Consider herself people-oriented, always eager to listen, share and talk about life, passions, goals, and beliefs.

Driven by technology, music and art, Isabella is a lifelong learner. After graduating in International Relations and diving into the corporate journey of Supply Chain and Partner Management, she embraced the universe of user experience, attending Ironhack's full time bootcamp and solidifying her experience with service and visual design. Passionate about entrepreneurship and cross-functional projects, she's involved with all kinds of leadership programs, including an ecotourism group, a mindfulness social initiative and even a local football team!

A jack of all trades, master of none, Rapha is an advocate of agile practices and is enthusiastic about management and teamwork principles. He has worked in different sectors and roles and has settled in as a program manager, with over five years in the role. He believes that by combining collaboration, communication and transparency, anything is achievable. He is assisted by his dog, the campus happiness manager.

Passionate about working with people, graduated in Psychology from PUC-SP. Since then, she became interested in the Career Advisor area. She worked in several HR consultancies with Recruitment and Professional Education companies. Also, she is fascinated by subjects such as Diversity and Inclusion and Employer Branding. Having worked with technology all his life, Pedro started his career as an IT support technician and quickly moved to server administration. But upon graduation, his interest in programming became apparent and he began learning PHP and Wordpress, which led to his first job as a Web Developer. development and training of junior developers. Having a prior interest in code education, Ironhack allowed me to fully focus on training the next generation of full-stack Web developers, working every day to transform people's lives through technology.

Daniela is an UX Designer with a background in Product Design. She found on design methodologies the perfect intersection between creative and analytical thinking. She is passionate about learning and developing everyone’s potential through knowledge and education. Over the last 8 years, she co-founded a startup focused in Tech Education, managed Marketing and Growth teams, and, as a specialist in human-centered solutions, she developed projects based on innovation.

Emerson works with UX since 2006. He's led projects for companies such as Natura, Itaú, Microsoft, and HBO. He was responsible for the launch UX for Sofisa Direto, Guiabolso, and Original bank. He spoke at key industry conferences: UXPA International, UX-Lx, IA Conference, WUD, and ILA. He's currently UX Manager at Superbid, and lead teacher at Ironhack's UX/UI part-time course. Fun fact: one, on a holiday trip to La Paz, Bolívia, I was following Google maps while walking and... I ended up in the middle of their Carnaval parade. So I walked one block in the middle of the paraders and managed to get back on my way.

Formerly a Data Scientist at Itau Unibanco, Andre has also a background in Aerospace Engineer and a master's degree at ITA. As a specialist in solving problems using advanced tools like machine learning, graphs and optimization, he has found in Data Science the perfect balance between theory and practice. As anyone who is passionate about learning, he is also someone who's passionate about teaching and seeks inspiration in professors like Richard Feynman and George Polyá
