According to the Mexico Tech Salary Report of 2021, employees working in tech have seen a 4.7% rise in annual salaries. At the same time, the pandemic has increased Mexico’s wealth inequality. Together with the need for public policies, there is a huge need for transformation in the workforce. Ironhack is committed to those who are unemployed and need financial support to make a career change and start in the digital economy.

Most of the startups are located in Mexico City, one of the biggest cities in the world, and which attracts global investors and talent. It’s great location and connection with both Latin America and the US makes it a unique place to do business.
