During your first 60 hours as an official Ironhack Data Analytics student you will be laying the foundation for success in Mexico City. During the prework phase you will:
1. learn the fundamentals of command line, Git, Python, MySQL and statistical analysis
2. familiarize yourself with the basics of programming and statistics and
3. connect with your peers and expert academic staff by utilizing our Slack channel.
Once you’ve completed the prep materials and synced up with your class, you’ll be ready to dive into the course!

Ponce is a data scientist, philosopher, psychologist and kung fu apprentice. He is passionate about understanding the brain and the mind (if it exists), learning new stuff, and cats. Ponce is always questioning everything and pushing people to learn more (that’s what I do Cady, I push people). He would like to teach his students not only to be the best data analyst but also to be great humans beings. His motto is: Nothing Human is alien to me.
In the course-data-analytics-campus part-time course, you will study on weekdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday, depending on the campus and cohort) and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The schedule may be subject to changes depending on the chosen campus.

Show and tellAs each Saturday comes to a close, you’ll have the opportunity to apply everything you’ve learned and review the development of your individual data project.
