Why should you study Web Development in Berlin

Home to innovationBerlin, the startup capital of Europe, is home to 67% of all German startups. Among these are many fresh companies that are already making major impacts on the local and global markets, including Zalando, Rocket Internet, N26, HelloFresh, MoBerries, HomeToGo, Babbel and more.
Positive outlook“Silicon Allee” is showing no signs of slowing down. Berlin startups are estimated by McKinsey to generate over 100,000 jobs by 2020.
Ready to disruptBerlin has become a major hub for web development conferences. In addition to Disrupt Berlin, Lean Startup Summit and the Noah Conference, there’s the developers’ conference "React Day Berlin" – a two-track conference for over 800 JavaScript engineers who all share the same passion for working with the React technology stack.
Supportive governmentBerlin doesn’t have much traditional industry, so the government has been helping the tech scene everywhere they can. The mayor has even said they’re eyeing potential locations for developing new startup hubs. These would join the many that already exist, including Betahaus, Techspace, Factory Berlin and Mindspace.

What sets Berlin apart?

Germany’s capital city is also its most influential both in terms of culture and commerce. A world city of media, science, and politics; Berlin’s economy is based on high-tech firms and the service sector.
Berlin offers a much lower cost of living than other European cities, which has brought hundreds of startups and established companies. And along with these companies have come tens of thousands of young workers, dreamers and entrepreneurs.
Europe’s biggest tech hub is teaming with fresh faces from the world over, and you can join them! Study and work toward your new future in the heart of Berlin. Then step out your door into a unique mix of modern culture and history, a deeply inclusive international community, and perhaps the most famous nightlife in the world. All this at your fingertips while you study and work toward a new future.
